If you aren’t a big fan of the SUV, the video also contains footage of classic Porsche sports cars, both on display at the show and vintage racing footage. This video features Porsche factory race car driver Patrick Long driving the new 2013 Porsche 911 (991) Carrera 4S on some wet roads. While the rear wheel drive version already keeps good traction when the road gets wet, the all-wheel drive versions are able to keep great traction even in the wet. Last week I posted a video of the Porsche 911 GT2 RS versus the Nissan Juke-R. While on the surface comparing these two cars doesn’t seem right, but when you consider that the Nissan Juke-R is actually going to be about twice as expensive as the Porsche 911 GT2 RS it seems a bit more fair. This video features footage that was taken during the shoot of the video I posted earlier, but in slow motion.… Read More

2013 Porsche Boxster S Review – Video

Posted by: David Hurth  /  Category: Porsche, Road Test, Video

This video is of a first drive and review of the 2013 Porsche Boxster S. The video is from one of the early 2013 Porsche Boxster S events and features interviews with technical people as well as Hurley Haywood. The new 2013 Porsche Boxster S is perhaps the best roadster on the market. While I personally preferred the new Porsche 911 (991) over the Boxster when I drove them back to back, the two cars are not that far off and you won’t be disappointed if you get the new Boxster (it is a great car and is definitely the best roadster available today).… Read More
